The short version: We collect your contact and service information to do our job. We don't sell it. We don't share it except to operate the business. You can ask us to delete it anytime.

When you request a quote, schedule service, or contact us, we may collect:

- Payment information (processed securely through our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers)
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and general geographic location (city/region level)

- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URL
- Date and time of your visit
- What you click, tap, and scroll past, and how your mouse moves — recorded as an anonymized session replay by Microsoft Clarity
- Cookie identifiers set by Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, both described in Section 5
We use session replays to find the places where our pages confuse people, not to identify individual visitors. Text you type into form fields is masked before the replay is recorded, so the contents of our contact forms are not captured.
Information From Third Parties
We may receive limited information from third-party platforms such as Google (via Google Business Profile reviews), Nextdoor, Facebook, and similar services when you interact with our public profiles on those platforms. This information is governed by those platforms' privacy policies.

These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes. Analytics and advertising platforms are the exception worth stating plainly: Meta receives your site activity through the Meta Pixel and handles it under its own privacy policy rather than solely on our behalf, and Clarity data is held by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. See Section 8 to opt out of either.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order).
Business Transfer
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on our website.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Here's exactly what we run and why:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., form session data). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics and session replay — Microsoft Clarity: Records page views, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement as an anonymized session replay, so we can see where visitors get stuck on our pages. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured.
- Advertising — Meta (Facebook) Pixel: A tracking pixel that reports your visit to Meta. We use it to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, and to show ads to people who have already visited our site. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may match this activity to it.
- Live chat: Our chat widget is loaded from a third-party provider and stores what it needs to keep your conversation open as you move between pages.
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete them after the fact. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality. Section 8 lists the direct opt-out options for the tools above.
We do use a tracking pixel, and we'd rather say so than bury it. Every tracking technology on this site is named above. We don't sell what these tools collect, we don't share it with data brokers, and we don't run cross-site ad networks beyond Meta's.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements (Arizona requires pest control records to be kept for a minimum period)

- Opt out of analytics and advertising: You can control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences, and read how Microsoft handles Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Blocking third-party cookies limits both tools; a tracker-blocking browser extension prevents them from loading at all.
- Do Not Track: Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Our website does not currently respond to these signals, but we are committed to minimal data collection regardless.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
